How do I start charging?
Open the map, pick a station and a connector and tap “Charge”. If you are at the station, scan its QR code to open it right away.
How can I pay?
With Visa and Mastercard bank cards via LiqPay. The wallet is topped up in whole hryvnias. You can save a card for quick top-ups.
Do I need to install an app?
No. EV Admin runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen as a PWA. No app stores needed.
How do I sign in?
With a one-time code from an e-mail: enter your address and receive a 6-digit code. No password.
Can I charge without an account?
Yes, at stations with guest payment enabled: pay by card, we place a hold and charge only for what you actually used.
What about my old account and balance?
Accounts and balances from the old charge-me.energy service have been migrated. Sign in by e-mail or use “Move my old account” and confirm your phone number.
How much does idling cost?
After charging ends there is a grace period, then a per-minute idle fee applies. It is shown on the station card before you start.
