Terms of Use

1. General

These terms govern your use of the EV Admin service (the “Service”): finding charging stations, starting a charge, topping up your balance and related features. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Account

You need an e-mail address that receives a one-time sign-in code. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. One account per person. Guest charging is available without an account at stations with guest payment enabled.

3. Charging and prices

The station tariff (price per kWh, start fee, per-minute fee, idle fee, night windows) is shown on the station card before you start. The cost of a session is calculated from the energy actually delivered and the tariff in force at the start.

4. Payment and balance

Your balance is topped up by bank card through LiqPay in whole hryvnias. Funds pay for charging. On request the remainder may be refunded by the method used to pay, where the payment provider supports it. A saved card is a payment-provider token; we do not store card numbers or CVV.

5. Idling

After charging ends a grace period applies, after which a fee may accrue for each minute of idling. The rate is shown on the station card.

6. User duties

You use the equipment according to the station instructions, do not damage it and do not leave the vehicle in place after charging without need. The user compensates damage caused by a breach.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of faults in stations, networks or payment systems. We are not liable for damage to a vehicle caused by its own fault or a station not meeting standards, except as required by law.

8. Support and disputes

Requests about charges and station operation are accepted through Help in the app or the support e-mail. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, as provided by the laws of Ukraine.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page.
